Today you can take advantage of the crisis but first you have to understand how prices are determined. On one side, most of price tags are rising: gas, gold, food etc...
All prices are on the rise, so is the Inflation. On the other side some other prices have fallen. I am talking about Real Estate properties, whose market prices are lower than their normal price value. Do you think buying a property in an urban area of a major Italian city paying it 50% less than its normal price? I think so!
Let me add we are entering a time in which great deals will be popping up like popcorn. And I am not the only who think so.
